Set right on the beach at Lower Largo, this stunning contemporary ground-floor apartment gives you uninterrupted sea views and direct access to the sand from its private, child-friendly patio. Steps lead straight down to the shore, so you can be on the beach within moments for paddling, rockpooling or walks along the bay.
Thoughtfully modernised with an open-plan layout to maximise the outlook, it's a wonderfully relaxing bolthole for a quiet romantic escape or a laid-back family break, with pubs and restaurants just a short stroll away. Broadband and a Smart TV keep everyone connected and entertained.
Offering 89 m² of accommodation, solid oak flooring runs through the main living area, where the kitchen, dining space and sitting room all flow together towards floor-to-ceiling patio doors and that incredible view. The dining area has a large table and an original fire surround now housing a cosy wood-burning stove, perfect for cooler evenings — please note the stove does not have a fire guard, so care is required with little ones. In the sitting room, comfy seating is positioned to soak up the sea, with the patio doors opening straight out to the terrace.
Outside, the private patio is mostly laid with a child-friendly surface and comes with outdoor furniture, an outside shower for rinsing off sandy feet and wetsuits, and a gate with steps down to the beach. It's a fantastic spot for sunrise coffees, lazy afternoons and sunset skies over the Firth of Forth.
