My property is perfect for just about every type of booking. It is very popular with Hen Party's, Well behaved Stag Party's, business travellers and families (Two of the twin beds can be zip locked into double beds if so required). Having lived in abroad in Dubai and Bali and travelled extensively around the world, luckily to some amazing places in great accomodations, it inspired me to provide guests with a high end product at great value. To that end I have made sure the place is always spotlessly clean, all the beds have great mattresses, the linen/towels are Egytian cotton, the living room is large and comfortable, the huge 55 inch TV has ALL the channels (4K/HD too), Play Station 4 pro, there is a great Sonos sound system in both sitting room and kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a huge sociable dining table, the back garden is minimal with seating and it's a short walk into town. There are some great little local cafes and bars within a 5 minute walk and Bath has just about everything you could wish for.

I am a really friendly, genuine person who was born and bred in Bath. I have spent several years in the likes of London, Dubai and Bali and I am now back in Bath - for good I suspect - it's an awesome little city. Over the years I have travelled a lot and my property brings together the very best accommodation elements of my travels. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, watch Bath Rugby, play golf, eat healthily and keep myself fit. I also love my wine. I know Bath inside out so I'll be more than happy to give you some tips on places to visit, great eats and the perfect spot for a beverage.

The property is in a very quiet street and is very private. There are some lovely local shops butchers, grocers, cafes, restaurants etc a short walk away. Bath city centre itself is a 20 minute max flat walk (Bath is very hilly) or a three minute taxi ride away. There is a train station on the London - Bath - Bristol route about two minutes walk away - Oldfield Park - which makes access to Bristol incredible fast and easy too.
