This property is located in a quiet residential area and we need to make sure that the neighbours are respected. Therefore we have put measures in place to make sure the house rules are followed and please note as per our listing we require all guests to follow the house rules and submit a deposit. If these house rules are broken, the deposit will not be refunded. We have noise alarms installed in this property. In the event the house rules are broken and noise alarm has been triggered, the security team will be called out to the property to investigate further and in the event of a party, or lack of cooperation to respect the house rules, guests will be evicted with immediate effect and charged for the security call out and any damages to the property and belongings.
