Property info

Maritime Apartments comprise a total of 318 Apartments over 4 Streets. We operate on a fully serviced basis with on site staff. Popular among contractors working at BAE Systems and The Windfarms for its 'on-site' location. This regenerated Urban area is famed for its Industrial position next to the Sea and Shipyard. In addition, we have installed an advanced data and television system providing a FREE Fibre Internet and Wi-Fi access for all tenants and allowing for simple plug and play of TV Freeview. There is limited 2 hour bay on-street parking available, however we are unable to reserve parking spaces. Permits are only available on a 5 week or longer stay and are applied for from Westmoreland and Furness Council.

Neighborhood info

Barrow Island has been through a major redevelopment of four of its historic streets; Ship Street, Barque Street, Brig Street and Sloop Street. These Streets have been renamed Maritime Apartments. 200m Walk to BAE Systems Main Gate we are on the waterfront of industry. The Lake District is approximately a 40 minute drive from our apartments.
