An allocated off road parking space is provided in front of the property. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an ensuite shower room. There is a further guest bathroom with bath and shower over. Water is pumped to all showers and bath so they can all be used together without impact to pressure or hot water flow. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the lounge. Beautiful well equipped kitchen/lounge with patio doors and juliet balcony, overlooking the bay. Bedroom 1 can be made up as either super king bed or twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be made up as either a king-size bed or twin beds.
