I am keen to provide a home away from home feeling, being a friendly, sociable person, I welcome guests into the property with a warm smile.

Family run Guest house with a few minutes walk to the beach, in a great central location in-between town centre and the Blackpool Pleasure beach. Only a 5 minute walk to Blackpool south train station allowing an easy quick route into St Annes, Lytham and Preston. Bus stops located at the top of the road and tram lines situated just a short walk down to the promenade.

Central to both the Blackpool pleasure Beach and the town centre, you are never far away from a day of fun.
