Meadow View Apartments are 2 and 3 bedroomed with private parking is within a 5 to 8 minute walk to Newquay town, Cinema, Golf club and the Blue Reef Aquarium. Each apartment offers free on-site parking for 1 car (the 3-bedroom apartments have 2 parking spaces) and Wi-Fi through out. The apartments are around 10 minutes’ walk from Fistral Beach and other Newquay beaches. Guests can enjoy the furnished sunny south facing communal garden with terrace. Each apartment has an open-plan lounge, with a 50" Smart T.V, a fully-equipped kitchen including washing machine and a dining area. All bedrooms have T.V's, hairdryer, bed-lining a bath and hand-towel per guest. All the en-suites have walk-in showers. The main bathroom's have a bath and a separate walk-in-shower. Meadow View Apartments are 2 and 3 bedroomed with private parking is around 19 miles from Padstow, home of Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and town center Café. St Agnes, Perranporth and Truro are around 20 minutes’ drive away, and you can reach the Eden Project in just under 40 minutes.

Company info

Meadow View was bought by my parents in 1987 I moved to join them in 1990 where I expanded and continue to improve the property to this day. In our free time we like to go to the local light house cinema which is 5 minutes walk away or take a walk around some of Newquay’s beautiful coastline and dine in some of the local restaurants, so we will be happy to recommend some great places to eat.

Meadow View Apartments has previously been renovated and re-furbished into 4 spacious contemporary holiday apartments and more recently a 1 bed-roomed Chalet was added. The business has remained in the family for over 37 years. Non-smoking Apartment's, located in the quieter part of Newquay but just 5 to 8 minutes’ walk from Newquay's town and many of Newquay's beaches. We welcome families and couples only and aim to make your holiday as perfect as possible. There are four contemporary spacious apartments two on the ground floor with two bedrooms 1 en-suite and 1 family bathroom both with walk in shower. On the first floor there are 2 three bed roomed apartments/maisonette's both with 2 en-suite and 1 family bathrooms all with walk- in showers. The living areas all come with two 3-seater electric reclining sofas for added comfort a furnished communal south facing patio/garden area. The 2 bedroom apartments have 1 parking space and the 3 bed roomed apartments have up to 2 private parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi throughout. P.S Please could you bring your own beach towel

Neighborhood info

Newquay is a great place for families and couples of all ages to come and enjoy. Newquay has a total of 7 beaches which have ranked as some of the best in the UK. There are also lots of lovely quaint restaurant including Rick Stein’s restaurant allowing diners to enjoy the taste of traditional fish & chips and some authentic flavours from India and the Far East whilst overlooking Fistral Beach. Newquay offers a great selection of water sports for the adventurous from Surfing and kayaking to diving as well as various boat trips. For wildlife seeker's Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium offer a chance for people to get up and close to some of the world’s wildlife. Newquay’s coastline also offers some picturesque walks for anyone looking to do some hiking.
