It’s just not fair on your dog/s (or on us if they cause damage) as being in a strange new place can cause some dogs to be anxious or lonely. In the unlikely event of your dog/s causing any damage, this will be taken from your damage deposit.
My family bought Sunways Mill in the early 1970s along with 2 condemned cottages and a wooden bungalow. That bungalow stood where Mill House Bungalow is today and at various points over the next 11 years both sets of my grandparents, parents and myself lived there whilst we renovated the other properties. However, the Great Storm of 1987 literally blew its roof off. It was then replaced with the current property. Now we are sharing our old home with others so that they can see just how lovely and tranquil Mill House Bungalow is. The Bungalow adjoins the Ludham/Potter Heigham Marshes which is a 250 acre biological Site of Special Scientific Interest. Part of the site is a Nature Conservation Review site and a National Nature Reserve. It is part of the Broadland Ramsar site, Special Protection Area, and The Broads Special Area of Conservation. I visit the surrounding properties several times a week and live a short drive away. I can be contacted by phone, text, or via the APP. As I have lived in the area for over 40 years I can be useful for recommendations on things to do and where to eat/drink. Having said that, I always strive to give my guests absolute privacy so will always wait for a request rather than drop in.
• Shops, pubs, and cafes within walking distance • Lots of lovely local nature walks • Short drive to a selection of beaches - many of which are dog-friendly • Plenty more to do • See the seals at Horsey • Go boating on the Norfolk Broads • Visit stately homes and gardens • Range of zoos, adventure parks and kids’ activities nearby
