Brand new and modern house on a lovely Redrow development. To provide us and our guests with peace of mind, although there are no locks on bedroom doors, there are security cameras throughout the house iand outside, but are not in your room so do not infringe on your privacy. We do not provide breakfast or any meals and have no catering facilities. House rules - * No shoes to be worn inside house * No take-aways * No smoking * No parties * No drunken behaviour * No loud and unnecessary noise * Only guests who have booked to stay are permitted in the house - no extra guests * To leave room clean and tidy * To be respectful towards hosts * Check- in 3pm / check-out 10am

We are a very friendly couple who live in the house with our little maltese dog. Maisie. We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Any queries, please just ask.

Sudbrook is a pretty villlage with easy access to the M4, Cardiff, Bristol, Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and the surrounding Monmouthshire countryside. Walks and cycle trails close. The house is just a 2-minute walk to the Welsh coastal path and the River Severn, where there are stunning views of the Prince of Wales Bridge and across to England. The Severn Tunnel railway is just a 10 minute drive away with direct link to Bristol, Cardiff and Cheltenham - all journeys about 20 minues away!
