Moaps Farm is a home away from home not a golf club or the Ritz , though some guests visit there too, adaptable sorts looking for a variety of experiences, like breakfast in fields with a table cloth. IF A COMMUTER ON GATWICK EXPRESS WANTS A LIFT TO THE TRAIN TO VICTORIA DAILY , STAY HERE 2K PER WEEK on this website, special rate/ we arrange, as a one off I am very happy to cook breakfast ( I am a cook) and in warm weather, serve this outdoors, on all the best china and table clothes as usual ,( there is not a reduction if you buy the food, so if this offends please do not complain afterward, the space and view, privacy here are priceless, ) free offers: I will take you on a free walk ,as many miles as you like up to 10 miles, where you can social distance. I will stay up front or behind like a quiet assistant. This is a farm, private fields no other public access, private for you to enjoy, the guided walk would be on friends acreages and along footpaths, I take care of family and friends and paying guests all the same, as best I truly can, A couple turned up having only paid for the two of them, snuck in a child ,no more children, they took things and soiled a silk pillow, This is a place for happy adults only, from now on, respect both guest and host?
You can have the farm kitchen for yourselves in 2021/2022, In these scary c.v. times, you may have the kitchen to yourselves, it is a household so not an empty kitchen , though I will do my best to absolutely tidy, you get two marble tables in the kitchen, along with 2 sofas and a chair, all matching ,I washed all the light blue sofa covers for your use this 2021, and will continue to wash everything for your safety
The Crown Pub ,Horsted Keynes , Green Man too (the next village) with a village green and cricket pitch has the best chefs from top famous restaurants at extremely reasonable pub prices, there is even a public footpath reaching the pub garden ,(an adventure?) not a short walk though., from this bed and breakfast many who say here over the years, love "The Coach and Horses", excellent food from best chefs too, another short drive up one road,
