Our much loved holiday home in a beautiful part of Cornwall, on a quieter owners part of the site. It’s a fully self contained 3 bed caravan with surrounding gated decking and a small, enclosed garden. Well equipped kitchen & diner area with all that you could need to prepare meals. A lovely, comfortable living room with L shaped settee, flat screen tv, freesat and french doors leading onto a private decking area, where you can watch the view and gorgeous Cornish sunsets. Sunlight from morning until evening with the wrap around decking. Free unlimited Wi-Fi. 3 bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twin rooms, which can be made into small doubles with the beds pushed together (available on request). All have wardrobes and storage space. Main, double bedroom has a TV with freesat. All bedrooms have USB plug sockets. There is a shower room with amazing shower (great water pressure), basin and toilet and an additional toilet & basin. Good size fridge& freezer and plenty of storage in cupboards. NO SMOKING/VAPING, but up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed. No puppies sorry! NO YOUNG, MIXED/SINGLE SEX GROUPS UNDER 25 years old accepted. No stag/hen do’s. NO WORKMEN/CONTRACTORS We are for families/couples/older friends. PLEASE NOTE, SWIMMING POOL PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE. They can be purchased by yourselves at guest services on site when you are here. We send prices for the pool passes in our welcome message, as we aren’t allowed to add prices here. *Please be aware that through the winter months, no facilities will be open, due to the site closing them due to lack of demand*

We are two sisters who have spent so many happy years in Cornwall, that we both now get to call it our home. Always happy to answer questions and enquiries.

Porth is a lovely area with stunning beaches and very close to Newquay. Plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, local attractions and great amenities on site, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, surf shop, on-site shop, launderette, clubhouse, bar & children’s play areas.
