Newly refurbished ground floor apartment. Modern, spacious and furnished to a high standard. Centrally located in the village like suburb of Chapel Allerton in north-east Leeds. Popular with families and young professionals, this is an area bursting with boutique shops, independent eateries, traditional pubs, local supermarkets, a florist, yoga studio, tennis club and beautiful green spaces. Conveniently situated a few minutes walk away from a direct bus route to the city centre of Leeds.
Situated in the heart of Chapel Allerton, this sought after area is popular with families and young professionals. Surrounded by boutique shops, independent eateries, traditional pubs, local supermarkets, a florist, yoga studio, tennis club and beautiful green spaces. A few minutes walk away from a direct bus route, you can be in Leeds city centre within 15 minutes. There is a also a direct bus route to the beautiful spa town of Harrogate.
