The property for the safety of my Guests is UVL Fogged every 4 weeks by a local contractor. This contemporary centrally located ground floor flat, although slap bang in the middle of Beauly it is tucked away from the main road so noise in minimal. With its own designated parking and lockable bike storage. This spacious property comprises of 2 Bedrooms(King-size and Double), well equipped Kitchen/Dining area, Living Area with smart TV and a selection of children's games and books available ,Toilet/Shower room. This well appointed property will provide any traveller with an ideal base for business or leisure. This is a well maintained apartment newly refurbished with guest comfort being an upmost priority. Set in the beautiful Scottish Highlands with breathtaking views in every direction. It is a perfect location for Golfing, Fishing, Shooting, Cycling, Hill Walking or simply relaxing. You can also see Dolphins in their natural environment on a boat trip from the village of Avoch (only 13 miles away). Or take a cruise on Lochness to Urqugart Castle from the city of Inverness (only 12 miles away) and if you fortunate you might spot the Lochness Monster!!

You will be spoilt for choice with award winning delicatessen and gift shop only a minutes walk from the apartment there is also hotels for dining and take away restaurants readily available. A lovely tweed outlet (favoured by the Royals) right across the road from the apartment. Beauly is renowned for one of the finest fishing spots also and numerous walks and cycle routes on the doorstep.
