No 4 Smith Cottages is a STUDIO cottage. Converted from an old stable this cottage has sleeping, relaxing, cooking & eating all in one large room. The cottage is fully self contained with its own entrance.There is one king size bed which splits into 2 singles beds making the accommodation flexible. There is a separate bathroom off the lobby. Built from local Blue Lias stone in the early 1800's and converted in 1985. The Patio area and private car park is for our guests only. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Julie & Martin have been letting out Smith Cottages since 2015. Welcoming many guests visiting the area for many reasons, holidays, weddings, parties, work related courses, all are welcome. They run the cottages alongside being professional musicians. Martin has been working for The English National Opera for nearly 30 years, and Julie, having now retired from performing, concentrates on teaching little children the piano. They both love walking and visiting quirky pubs!
Langport is in the Heart of The Somerset Levels. Ideally located for visiting many of the South Wests famous landmarks. There are many places to eat and drink within walking distance of Smith Cottages. Having a small Tesco for much needed supplies. There are also many independent shops to browse around.
