The property features 6 bedrooms, a mix of doubles and interconnecting , each room is en-suite ensuring maximum privacy and convenience during you stay. Each room is equipped with a generous selection of refreshments , whether you prefer a morning coffee or an evening tea or maybe something in-between, everything you need is right at your fingertips. From the time you check in to when you check out you can enjoy the full facilities of your bedroom.

Our Victorian property is located in South Shore, the heart of Blackpool's best destination for families and couples. We are perfectly positioned in a quieter side road while also being close to the town's most iconic landmarks and World class attractions on your doorstep, Blackpool Pleasure Beach is an 18 min walk away. Experience over 125 rides including the legendary Big One. Sandcastle waterpark the UK's largest indoor waterpark just a 16 min walk, perfect for a family day out whatever the weather. South Pier only a 14 min walk offering traditional seaside fun, arcade games and stunning views of the Irish Sea. If guests stay between September and January we are perfectly placed for the world famous Blackpool Illuminations. If you prefer a slower pace South Promenade is ideal for a breezy walk or a ride on the famous Blackpool Trams, which can whisk you up to the Tower or North Pier in mins. You'll find a great selection of local cafes and traditional fish and chip shops just around the corner. For a peaceful afternoon the award winning Stanley Park and Blackpool Zoo are only a 10 min drive away. We are conveniently close to Blackpool South Train Station a 20 min walk. the nearest tram stop is St Chads a 4 min stroll away giving you easy access to the full length of the Promenade and the illuminations during season.
