COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IN OUR TEAROOMS FOR GUEST WHO BEFORE END 2025 This first floor, two bedroom apartment is situated in the centre of Birkdale village. Sleeping up to 5 people, either in single or double beds as requested. The 5th guest will need to convert the sofa bed for overnight sleeping. The property briefly comprises: private entrance, lounge & diner, modern fitted kitchen, bathroom and two large bedrooms. Birkdale village is bustling and within easy walking distance are a wide choice of cafe bars, local shops and restaurants. Free parking is available on request. The property benefits from original features in a old Victorian design with gas central heating. The local Spar shop (100m away) carries a wide range of groceries and drinks. The local restaurants cater for all tastes.
James owns the adjacent Little Bear Bar plus the Tearooms Bar, also next door. The Tearooms serves breakfast and is open all day for snacks and full meals. Both bars offer an extensive list of beers, wines and spirits, and cocktails. James himself, or a member of his staff, will be on hand from 9am to 11pm to deal with any requests you may have.
Ideal for golfers ! At the very centre of Southport's Golf Coast - Royal Birkdale, Hillside, Southport &Ainsdale, Formby, West Lancs, Hesketh and more. Adjacent to Birkdale Station with regular trains to Liverpool and Liverpool and Everton football stadia. Close to the popular beaches at Ainsdale and Formby point. A short one stop 3 minute train ride to Southport is the best way to access Southport's famous Victorian shopping boulevard - Lord Street.
