The property is a 2 bedroom caravan on Bude Holiday Park. It is a lovely, peaceful holiday home set on the edge of the park overlooking fields at the rear. Private parking is the side of the caravan. With free access to all the park amenities. The caravan has a terrace that catches the sun until the evening, with furniture so you can sit outside, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The caravan features a lounge with an L-shaped seating arrangement to sit and chat or watch TV. A dining room table and seating makes the area great for meals or games. No need to miss out on your favourite programmes or social media fix as the caravan also features free wifi. The caravan has central heating to warm you up in the cooler months. The master bedroom has ample wardrobe space and a comfy double bed with views onto the fields behind the park. The second bedroom features two single beds, one of which can be stowed under the other if there are less than four people in your party. And finally...a shower and loo so there's no need to run off to a site shower and toilet block in the middle of the night! The site has a bar and restaurant, with a games area for pool, air hockey and video games. The venue is within walking distance of Bude town centre with all the amenities you would expect from a Cornish seaside town. With walking distance or a short car trip to the beach. The park also offers direct access to cliff top walks.

Your caravan is owned by Nikki. She is assisted by her husband, Simon. We used to live in nearby Marhamchurch but moved away in 2016. We bought the caravan to be able to return home to visit family and friends, and to provide a peaceful escape from work for weekend breaks and holidays. The feature we love the most is the peace and quiet. We live on a busy road so coming here and leaving all the traffic and noise behind is wonderful. Our favourite part is waking up, pulling the curtains and watching the birds on the tree behind the caravan whilst drinking our morning coffee, On some days you can hear the sea. We often park the car when we get here, and only move it again when we leave, preferring instead to walk everywhere once we have arrived.

There are many attractions available in and around Bude. Many are free! When the conditions are right, the beaches are great for surfing, swimming, paddling, kite flying, sandcastle making, sunbathing, sea fishing, rock pool investigating and picnics. The town features an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, pitch and putt, row boats and crazy golf amongst other attractions, all along with supermarkets, cafes and intriguing seaside shops. A visit isn't complete without a trip to "Wildwood" and "Noah's Cafe"! For those who like to travel a bit further, Tintagel, Newquay, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Bodmin, Truro and even Land's End are all within easy reach.
