Located 500 meters from Brunstane Train Station, you will find Number 70. Where a 9 minute train journey has you in the heart of Edinburgh, Waverley Station. Excellent bus service runs from the top of the road to all areas of Edinburgh. Number 70 is a peaceful, family friendly area located a close walk (approx 15 mins) to Portobello seaside - where you can enjoy an abundance of bars, restaurants and cafes close by. The space: 2 Double Bedrooms 1 Single Bedroom 1 Family Shower Room 1 Family Dining Area Full Kitchen Conservatory Private Garden to rear 2 Private Car Parking Space

The estate is very quiet and has no exit option when you come down the road. This means that there’s no through traffic - the only cars that come into the estate are visitors or people who live in the estate. Close proximity to the beach, The Fort Shopping Centre is 5 minute drive and Asda supermarket a 2 minute drive. We also have some lovely walks close by.
