The quiet village of Swerford feels untouched by the modern world. You pass country houses and charming cottages as you arrive at Oak Cottage. Just outside Swerford, and only a ten-minute walk from the cottage is The Boxing Hare where you can have an exceptional meal and relaxed drinks. You are in easy reach of Great Tew with fabulous walks around the estate on offer and the popular Falkland Arms and Quince and Clover. You might recognise some views from MobLand which was filmed here. Just 4 miles from Soho Farmhouse this popular destination is a hot spot for tourists looking to photograph the picturesque streets and cottages. You are also within an easy drive of Chipping Norton, Hook Norton and its brewery, Blenheim Palace and you can enjoy day trips into the Cotswolds to see Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water.
