AWARD WINNING PROPERTY! This beautiful Swift Bordeux 6 berth caravan is ideal for families, friends or couples. It’s location is in between the main activities area and the fishing lake with a wrap around veranda that includes tables and chairs for outside dining or sun bathing, it benefits from having the sun all day from the morning to sunset! We do not accept group parties on contractors unfortunately, this is a family friendly caravan to make special memories! There are 10 parking spaces just in front of the veranda so plenty available for multiple cars and not far at all to walk if the weather isn’t great but close enough to leave open if needed for the packing and unpacking with external lighting next to the door for easy access in the evening. It comes with central heating, double glazed windows and a gas fire although the central heating is more than enough even in the winter months. Included is the all important fast wifi for the kids or Netflix and in the kitchen we have a double oven and extractor, microwave, fridge freezer and plenty of storage to keep a large family supplied for the week! It has 3 bedrooms: - 1 with a large double bed and vanity table, TV, wardrobes and en suite toilet - the second is a larger twin room with storage - third is another twin room ideal for suitcases etc if not in use. All with central heating. Then off the corridor is the family bathroom which includes a large gas powered shower, mirror, shave/toothbrush power point, sink and toilet. Just before the lounge is a dining area with table and seating. Then into an open planned lounge area with 40” TV inc Netflix etc, a large 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and small foot stools which pull out from a coffee table. It also has a built in Bluetooth sound system for your own tunes or the dab radio if you prefer, we then lead out through the large French doors onto the wrap around veranda decking which includes tables, chairs and outside lighting.

Excellent location for walks, with local attractions nearby. Filey has a world wide award winning beach! with local shops that sell a variety of goods. There is a local train station making it easy for access as Blue Dolphin is approx. 5 mins away. Should you want to enjoy the entertainment and sited activities, Haven provide passes from reception (form required) although there are activities that may not require these so please check when you arrive.
