Oak Tree Cottage, a reverse-level cottage, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle and toaster, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms include a Twin with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a first-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop within 2.8 miles and a pub within 0.8 miles. Ivy Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the Gower Peninsula. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP.
