Ocean 1 complex is situated just above the world famous Fistral Beach, allowing our guests to walk from door to sand in under 5 minutes. With views of the famous South Fistral surf break from the lounge/diner and balcony, dinner and drinks can be spent watching the surf and catching the afternoon and evening Sun. This lovely bright and airy 2 bedroom flat in is in a modern complex complete with a lift and free gated parking space. Decor is modern, pleasant and functional featuring modern flooring, 2 smart tv's and a well appointed, integrated kitchen. Surf and Sea equipment is available to hire just 2 minutes away from the building. Key box to allow for self check in.

This sea view apartment is situated a few minutes away from Fistral Beach, the coastal path walks and Newquay Golf Lynx. The entire beach is family friendly and the immediate area of South Fistral boasts a relaxed surf feel, being a hot spot for local surfers. Under 10 minutes walk along the beach or the beach path to North Fistral offers multiple food and drink outlets, including Rick Steins famous Fish and Chips, and the ever buzzing Fistral Beach Bar serving food and drinks all day and evening. The Rosette awarded Silks Bistro and Bar and The popular Lewinnick Lodge restaurant are both a 5 minute taxi away from the property. With all the hussle and bustle of Newquay town within walking distance, but far enough away for a relaxing break, this property offers the best of both worlds.
