Property info

Octon Cottage is set in the beautiful grounds of Octon Lodge which gardens extend to over an acre and third , it overlooks the neighbouring fields and countryside, with Blackdown hills in the distance. Constructed in the 17th century as a Coach house but fully refurbished it is full of charm and character. The cottage offers spacious open plan living with kitchen/dining room and lounge, as well as french doors that open up to the garden, the bathroom with bath/shower is located on the ground floor. The cottage can sleep 4, with two bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen has hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Located opposite Taunton Racecourse and approximately 1 1/2 miles from the Taunton town centre and and all its amenities.
