Old Armoury Barn is a stone cottage set in the town of Ashburton in Dartmoor. It offers two bedrooms including a king-size with an en-suite and a twin room, along with a family shower room, the property can sleep four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living room including a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside it offers off road parking for two cars and a courtyard garden with furniture. Old Armoury Barn is a charming cottage placed excellently for exploring Dartmoor and the area. This property is accessed via a narrow lane, 2150mm at minimum point. Note: As of 14th November 2026 changeover will be on a Friday.

Ashburton lies on the southern edge of Dartmoor and is ideal for exploring the moors and the coast. The town has a good selection of amenities including artisan shops and a museum as well as tea rooms, a wine bar and a food deli. Teignmouth, a seaside town, is within distance.
