The Olive Tree Apartment is a unique two bedroom holiday home just minutes from the sea, adjacent to many places of interest and nestled in amongst the most beautiful of Victorian buildings. The rooms are very spacious, tastefully furnished and cleanly decorated. We provide excellent standards of cleanliness, high comfort and a touch of luxury for our guests: our beds and seating area are of super quality, guests can relax and sleep in total comfort. The kitchen area is new and exceptionally well resourced; if you enjoy cooking you will have everything you need to create that special meal. Amenities include hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee grinder, cafetiere and a LavAzzo coffee maker. We provide a large range of resources to ensure you have entertainment at hand: a wall mounted television with a wide range of channels, Netflix, Alexa App, games, full size skittles, books and magazines are provided. The two beautiful outside areas enable guests to enjoy sitting outside amongst our signature Olive Trees and beautiful range of plants, with the beach just nearby.

The extensive Hove seafront, just minutes from the front door, is surrounded by beautiful architecture, lined by green spaces and complimented by various other amenities ( e.g. cycle riding) and café/seating areas. A great place for families, couples and friends. A short walk of around 20 minutes then takes you down to the amazing Brighton town and seafront area, incorporating the famous pier, children's play areas and whole range of eateries. At the top of First Avenue, just minutes from the apartment you will find a wonderful variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. At the top of First Avenue a popular pub 'Hove Place' and a lovely coffee shop 'The Flour Pot' are right on the doorstep. From the main road, there are regular buses to take you into Brighton or into other nearby town such as Worthing. Brighton provides such famous attractions of The Pavilion, The Lanes shopping area, British Airways i360 and a variety of other places of interest.
