Beautiful oak frame home built by the current owners in a quiet, rural location surrounded by orchards and fields. Only a 10 minute walk to Bosham Channel with stunning views of Chichester Harbour and the South Downs. Bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with private access to a large deck. Comfortable chairs are provided on the deck looking out onto a landscaped garden. Breakfast is served on first floor with views of Chichester Harbour and the South Downs. Home has a resident Border Collie.
The property is owned and managed by hosts Noreen and Andy. We are very knowledgeable about the local facilities, restaurants and pubs available in the area. We strive to ensure our guests have a very relaxing time and fully enjoy our beautifully landscaped 1.8 acre garden and the stunning natural scenery that surrounds our property.
Located on Chichester Harbour, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but close to Chichester and only 9 miles from Goodwood. It is a great area for walking and cycling, with numerous footpaths only a 5 minute walk from the house. Our local pub, The Old House at Home is a 10 minute walk and serves great food and local beers. Picturesque towns Bosham and Emsworth are a 15 minute cycle, the hills and villages of the South Downs a short car journey, as are the beautiful beaches at West Wittering. Also within easy reach of Portsmouth and Southampton to the West and Brighton to the East.
