The property (Kirklands) was original built as a coach inn 1742 Later Kirklands belonged to the St.Martins Church and was used as a manse house. It is nesting in rural Perthshire where you can enjoy an exclusive tranquil retreat.
We are a family company and have our roots in Bielefeld, Germany. In 2017 we moved to Scotland to live here and build our company. We are happy to make our own jams, chutneys, pickles and bake our own sourdough bread. We use organic products for a healthy live style and a better environment.
The Bed and Breakfast is settled in a permaculture garden where you can enjoy an exclusive tranquil retreat. The next main point of interest is Scone Palace. Perth offers a wide range of culture, festivals, Cafés and restaurants. The Cairngorms to the north are perfect for walkers and the rural area of St. Martins a great for bicyclers and for shorter walks just from the door step.
