A unique annex - with its own access- providing a modern, addition to the main 1930s house; creating the perfect rental space ideal for walkers, birdwatchers, beachgoers, kite surfers, fisherman. With its location close to the beach, the River Otter and the local town and in close proximity to Woodbury Common and the Exe Estuary it is perfect for people with a range of interests.
My husband and I are working parents of two young boys and we live with our labrador in the main house next to the letting. We love the location as its perfect for dog walks, family walks walking into town and the playpark and down to the beach. We are very close to Woodbury common where we mountain bike and walk regularly. We are happy to be around to answer any questions you may have or will be contactable on our mobiles.
The River Otter is in close proximity providing riverside paths and birdwatching opportunities. In addition there are a number of coastal walks just minutes walk away from the house. There is a bus stop a short walk from the house and there is a 10/15 minute walk into the main high street
