This is a gem of a cottage which has been completely re-furbished in Summer 2025. Everything in this cottage is brand new including the well designed, fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The open plan living area has a comfortable sofa which can convert to a second double bed allowing for up to 4 guests in total. On entering the cottage you are welcomed to the open plan kitchen, lounge area. The kitchen is fitted with full size fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. All crockery, cutlery and cooking pots are supplied as well as a coffee machine, air fryer and toaster. A very well insulated space where you have full control of the heating via Hive thermostat means a cosy cottage in the colder weather, and cool in the summer months. The shower has a large rainfall head with excellent pressure. The shower room mirror has a built in heat pad to prevent it from steaming as well as integrated LED surround lighting.

Very convenient for visiting Edinburgh, St. Andrews and the East Neuk villages of Fife. Less than 1 hour on the train directly from Edinburgh, Leven is a fantastic little seaside town with long sandy beaches, sprawling views across the Firth of Forth and boasts a golf Open Championship Qualifying Course; Leven Links. The cottage itself is just a stone’s throw from the scenic ‘Blue Flag’ Leven Beach and the High Street is just as close in the opposite direction where there are plenty eateries, shops and bars to choose from. There are two large car parks within 100m of the cottage, one of which has EV charge points. We recommend using one of these car parks during your stay.
