Baystays is an unlikely partnership between two people who share a common goal. Joan – Originally from Guyana in South America Joan retired early from a long career in the civil service. However after a spell at home she realised she was not the retiring type. Joan saw the rise in popularity of serviced apartments as an opportunity she did not want to miss and took on her first apartment 4 years ago. Since then she has built up a portfolio of apartments which are used by a loyal group of customers many who have become personal friends. Baystays is a business which promises to deliver the best serviced apartment experience in the area. All of our guests are met personally by both Joan or her husband Paul and Joan is available from 8.30 am to 8 pm to answer your every need.

Located in the heart of Swansea's Marina residential area and five minutes walk to the City Centre. This apartment feature Panoramic Views over Swansea beach, harbour, City Centre and the hills beyond, free parking and free WiFi. The apartment is a short hop from the bars and restaurants on the Marina and 100 yards from the beach. The nightlife of Wind Street is a short stroll away across the Marina. The apartment also located half way between the Bay and Singleton Campuses of Swansea University The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven/hob. The lounge has a dining table, two sofas and a flat screen TV. The is bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and separate private bathroom.
