PLEASE NOTE WEEKEND BOOKINGS MUST BE FOR THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT - A THIRD NIGHT FOR THE STAY IS FREE EITHER THURSDAY OR SUNDAY NIGHT - SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. The house is a centrally located period house with sea views and located just off the seafront, a short stroll to the pier and centre. The Sea Lanes, Saunas and volley ball courts are with 400 metres. There is plenty of metered parking, that through an app can be paid for up to 14 days stay. Details will be provided upon booking. The house is fully furnished and offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate WC, with dining for 20 and a small private outdoor space. The lounge has a double sofa bed and two high quality Sofa bed chairs.
I work for a local charity providing the patients with complementary massage and sports injury therapies We can communicate by phone or email and have a professional management company on site in Brighton to offer meet and greet services and deal with any issues. This is a gorgeous, self catering holiday property. We provided towels, bed linen and hair dryers for your use.
Brighton is a fantastic place, known for its history and nightlife all year round. The house is centrally located in Kemp Town; a five minutes walk from the Pier, Pavilion and all the nightlife. Local shops, flea markets, cafes, bars and restaurants are a 100 metres away. The Laines are 10 minute walk through the Kemp Town high street, you will pass many more original and quirky places to eat, shop and enjoy. The pier is approx. 650m stroll along the sea front. The house is in the centre of Brighton so you won't need a car. It is just off the seafront and a short walk to all the attractions, venues, clubs, bars and restaurants in Kemp Town or Brighton City Centre. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. The National Express coach station is a few minutes walk and the train station is a 20 minute walk or short cab ride.
