The guest house is owned by myself (Stephen) and Carina (my wife), offering over a decade in industry experience. We are routinely on hand here to accommodate you during your stay, always willing to help whatever your request. Our aim to give everyone the most peaceful and restful stay, by consistently upholding excellent standards of hospitality and cleanliness and will continue to offer the best service possible. Relative to other properties, our property provides value for money that is unparalleled to others operating in the area. About ourselves: Carina and I enjoy walking our 3 dogs next to Poole Harbour and in neighbouring Poole Park. I like to run a few times a week (regularly taking part in Parkrun).

Situated on the south entrance to the park, Poole Park House contains 7 rooms, a suite and an annex. Previously as Parkside, we have newly renovated the house implementing a boho interior with a William Morris inspired theme. The Edwardian House is perfect for a comfortable stay whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway, a job or working from hotel (WFH) in your home from home. We also have communal spaces welcome for you to make yourself comfortable with a coffee/dining area and a lounge. Expect a tranquil and comfortable stay with complimentary refreshments to be enjoyed in your room or our homely communal areas. Within the facilities we offer: complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival and throughout your stay, a coffee machine and a varied selection of hot drinks for you. Included in each room you will find: A hospitality tray (teas, coffees etc.), free toiletries, taps with drinking water, flat screen tv, hairdryer, desk and wardrobe. We supply immaculately pressed bed linin and towels for luxury comfort. Free parking on site (reservation is not needed). There is a smoking area located in the shelter at the back of the car park.

Poole Park House is in a safe neighbourhood. Offering a fantastic central location, we are are a walking distance from the coach train station, and the ferry port. Adjacent features the idyllic scenery of Poole Park, whether it's for a leisurely walk by the duck pond to see the wildlife, cricket pitch, rose garden or round its luminescent lake taking pride of place. Enjoy activities such as water sports, parkrun, crazy golf or tennis We are just a stone’s throw away from bustling Ashley Cross known for its thriving nightlife and array of eateries. Poole Harbour is a ten minute walk over the bridge, showcasing the largest natural harbour in the world. The Quay is where community is found, with ambient pubs and restaurants dotted along the water side offering a maritime atmosphere with excellent views of passing sunseekers. For those who prefer refuge from the hustle and bustle, we are a short walk away from the old town and quayside. Grab a drink and soak in Poole’s rich archaeological heritage and Art Deco surroundings. Poole is invested in supporting its independent artisans by the High street and Quay. Indulge in fresh locally sourced seafood, premium coffee roasters and the quirkiest of boutique spaces. Poole is a short commute to the exclusive postcodes such as Sandbanks, with its beach recently being voted the most sustainable in the world. In the summer enjoy going to Snadbanks or Canford Cliffs and for the equestrian polo and local festivals. Brownsea Island is a short ferry away and direct links to Swanage take less than 40 minutes.
