The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a nonrefundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Welcome to Sheeling Cottage Annexe. A bright and welcoming two-bedroom property, all on one level, located in Upper Battlefield—just a short drive from the centre of Shrewsbury and close to RAF Shawbury. It's the ideal base for exploring the town and surrounding area, whether you're visiting for work or leisure. Our annexe features a spacious, light and airy modern open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area to seat four, and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Two sets of patio doors open from the living space onto a large garden, which you're welcome to enjoy. There’s an outdoor dining area and two additional seating spots at the bottom of the garden that catch both the morning and evening sun. There are two comfortable double bedrooms, each with hanging space, and an easy-access, step-free wet room with a rainfall shower. With everything on one level, the property is convenient and accessible for all. Directly outside the property, there is parking for two cars. Our location in Upper Battlefield offers a peaceful setting with easy access to local amenities, scenic walks, and all that the historic market town of Shrewsbury and the wider Shropshire area have to offer. It's the perfect spot for couples, families, or business travellers alike.

Shrewsbury town centre is a 15 minute drive and supermarkets / large outlet stores are only 10 minutes away. Upper Battlefield is located just outside Shrewsbury, between Hadnall. Hadnall has two local restaurants/pubs, a village shop and a post office! And a small park, if you have children. Drive or catch public transport from Hadnall, into our beautiful Market Town of Shrewsbury, where you can have a river cruise on the Sabrina Boat, visit the Dana, Shrewsbury's former prison for adrenaline pumping escape rooms or a family day out, walk around the River Severn Loop surrounding the town, visit The Quarry, a 29 acre parkland where we hold the annual Flower Show and Food Festival, and located along the River Severn, play a round of golf at one of our exclusive golf courses, Hawkstone Park, Market Drayton, Church Stretton and many more. For foodies, you are spoilt for choice! Indulge in Shrewsbury's many restaurants, bars, pubs, and coffee houses. Other nearby attractions: Ironbridge is 22 miles away to see the iconic first 'iron-built bridge'. Ludlow, a pretty market town based on the river, with historic Ludlow Castle.
