our caravan is at the quieter end of the holiday site. but only 2minute drive or 5 min walk to all the amenities the site has to offer. surrounded by country views, its very peaceful. our caravan is brand new from summer 2021. we have a spacious lounge with an additional fire for those colder winter nights. a selection of games, puzzles and dvds if the weathers a little undesirable or you just fancy a day at home. the tv is fully hd and comes with free sat channels. it also has netflix installed so that if youve signed up to this service you can use your own account. the kitchen has all your basics that you would need, including kettle, toaster, microwave. a gas stove and cooker. we do also have an iron and ironing board (but your on holiday so...) fridge/freezer. there are 2 twin bedrooms and one king size bed. The main room has its own ensuite toilet spacious hanging space, hairdryer. the main bathroom has a heated towel rail and power shower. wifi is free and covers most of the property.being that we are in a rural area, phone reception can be spotty. the wrap around balcony leads to a large seating area at the rear of the property. the sun hits this area most of the day.

hi! we are sarah and Alex this will be our 2nd season of letting our caravan. we live in Padstow about 20 minutes drive from the site, but are always on hand to answer any questions you may have. sarah is born and bred in Cornwall a true Padstow girl as they say, Alex was born in Birmingham and moved down when he was a baby. we both run our seaside shop in Padstow, its been in the family for 30+ years. we spend most of our time there unless we're running round after our 6 year old son. we try to get to the beach when we can. we love the fact that through renting this caravan we can let guests get a glimpse of how beautiful and fun cornwall is. its a true pleasure to be able to do this. hopefully leaving the guests wanting more. we are so lucky to be able to call this part of the world home and just want to share its delights with everyone else.

we are located in the quieter end of the caravan site. you can wake up go outside and just stare at the countyside around you, its very soothing. only a short walk away your in the heart of the ammenities the park boasts. swimming pool( inside and out) parks for the kids to play, sea sport booking office. theres plenty to keep everyone busy. your only a short drive from newquay which boasts beaches, bars, restaurants and more. your only a short drive away from lots of local attractions. be it water sports, museums, zoo, aquarium, or a fun dayn out with the kids. it all within reach fro our property.
