A self contained space with En-suite and dressing room. Behind gated entrance with plenty of parking.
Your Private access is through the patio doors. It’s a comfortable size room with a Kingsize bed with memory foam mattress.
En-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. Towels and bed linen included.
Dressing room offers plenty of space to hang your clothes with a full length mirror.
Nespresso Coffee machine and pods. Kettle, Microwave and small fridge for your use.
I’m a smallholder and have horses and a dog that keep me busy.
I enjoy hacking out and show jumping.
We are very continently positioned between the M5&M4. Only a 4 miles from the M48 Severn bridge and 4 miles from Cribbs Causeway.
Old Down is a picturesque hamlet with a cosy pub -The Fox offering goods food Wed- Sunday.
Only round the corner from Old Down Country Park and 4 miles from The Wave inland surf school.
Or go for a walk round the land and enjoy the views over Bristol.
