The neighbourhood The house is located in a quiet parkland outside Pwllheli and is under a mile from the nearest beach. Being on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are many beautiful beaches nearby including those of the popular coastal resort of Abersoch, 5 miles away. If you’d like to blow the cobwebs away with an invigorating walk, join the Wales Coastal Path for unspoilt scenery and views comprising sea cliffs and the mountains of Snowdonia. The Llyn Peninsula also offers golf courses and clay-pigeon shooting, as well as excellent sailing. There are many attractions within easy driving distance of the house, with something to suit every age and taste. Head into the Snowdonia National Park and ride the train to the summit of Mount Snowdon, or take a trip through the Welsh countryside on the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways. Meanwhile, the impressive Caernarfon Castle and the enchanting Italian village of Portmeirion also make great days out. Getting around The house is easily accessible from Pwllheli and we recommend travelling here by car.
