Our 40+ homes are spread all across the New Forest, in picture postcard villages like Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Burley…where the pace is slow and the ponies roam free… To the wilder north of the Forest, near Fordingbridge, down to the glorious coastal walks at Milford and Keyhaven, on to bustling Lymington with all its Georgian charm.

The perfect base for New Forest adventures, in the sweetest village of Sway! Arrive by train. Walk everywhere. Explore everything! Family-friendly, fab for cyclists & dogs welcome.

Neighborhood info

Sway village is just great. You're spoilt for village-y perfection here. Foodies will love the butchers - famous for it's ready-made food, including vegan. The village has a new Co-Op and a Budgens (with COOK food). The pharmacy is just around the corner. There are two pubs in easy walking distance. Our favourite is The Hare and Hounds. There's a Post Office, a little cafe and a community cinema.
