A family bathroom with grey retro tiling offers shower, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail. Meals can be taken around a farmhouse table, or outside in the courtyard garden fringed by Cornish palms and shrubbery. The cottage kitchen boasts all modern appliances such as electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. Porth Cottage conveniently has a washer and dryer located in the utility room, fantastic for cleaning down after a day at the beach. A second WC can be found located on the ground floor. Porth Beach is only a two-minute walk from the property- it offers a fantastic beach for swimming, and easy access to the Cornish Coastal Footpath.
