Located in "Red Devon," an area of Devon famed for its characteristic red soil, which is of great agricultural quality and good for growing swedes, and 8.5 miles north-west of Exeter, the cathedral city. Here in Devon's rural landscape, ruby cattle graze peacefully in the undisturbed green pastures. There are numerous settlements spread out across the landscape, each with a cosy inn, a fully stocked general store, and hospitable locals. Crediton is home to a fantastic farmers' market, cutting-edge recreation facility, and numerous pubs that welcome families.
