The guests rooms are on the first floor of this contemporary townhouse with an en-suite & private bathrooms. Its a Leafy green residential area built along the Grand Union Canal. 7 mins walk to Apsley station. 25 mins direct to London Euston Station. 20mins from the Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio Tour in Watford. Sainsbury superstore, 5 mins walk. Free Off street parking is available on request.

The house is a contemporary town house in a residential area built along the Grand Union Canal. A 5minute away from Apsley station, 35 mins to London Euston. Hemel Hempstead is further about 30min walk, or short cab ride. We are 2 stops from Watford Junction and Harry Potter studio. Easily accessible by car from junction 20a on the M25 and Junction 8 on the M1. Sainsbury super market is 5mins walk away. There are cafes and pubs all along the canal to enjoy. Parking is free on street or off street where available. When the Grand Union Canal was cut through Apsley, it put the town on the main trade route to London. Today, the old towpath serves as a wonderful cycle route from nearby Hemel Hempstead or Kings Langley. Apsley was once an important centre for paper manufacture. The Grand Union Canal transported huge amounts of raw materials on barges to the paper mills here. Full-scale production of paper only ended in the Second World War. Today, the old industrial buildings are now cafés, pubs and the Paper Trail visitor centre at Frogmore Mill. The Canal is a very lively space. Cyclists, walkers, boaters, anglers, kayakers and even horses pulling boats along the water.
