Queen Bee & B situated between the Brecon Beacons national park and the Bike Park Wales. A few minutes from Cyfarthfa Castle and the Brecon Mountain railway. Further afield on the A470, Castle Coch is just a 15 minutes’ drive away. Cardiff our vibrant capital city with social, cultural and historic events is just 30 minutes away.We offer electric gated free onsite parking. Queen Bee & B is perfectly located and ideal for the discerning business person that are particular about where they stay and would enjoy subtle welsh designer touches then the Queen Bee & B is for you. We are conveniently situated just 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre and train station and a 15 minute walk from the welsh assembly building also perfect for those who wish to explore the South Wales area whether it be an interest in local history or genealogy, visiting one of the local outdoor activities or visiting family and friends. Whatever your needs we will be happy to try and accommodate you at Queen Bee & B, we can offer our rooms either as a single, twin or double, and our largest room, the Julian MacDonald suite can comfortably accommodate a family using the small double sofa bed. The Queen Bee & B dining room is light and airy and the perfect environment to start your day with our freshly made breakfast, locally sourced fine Welsh produce is used where possible. Queen Bee & B is also our family home and we do have a resident, very friendly, Persian house cat, who does not have access to the guest rooms, for this reason we can not accommodate pets. We are a non smoking establishment. For the comfort of all guests we provide slippers for adults on arrival and politely ask that shoes are not worn indoors.
