Nestled in the heart of historic Patcham Village, this beautifully refurbished cottage combines traditional Sussex character with modern Hygge-inspired comfort. The property offers a ground-floor bedroom that opens directly onto the private rear garden and features a double Murphy bed. Single occupancy only. Filled with original beams and period charm, the cottage has been thoughtfully updated to create a bright, welcoming space that feels both cosy and contemporary. The modern oak-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, while the stylishly refurbished bathroom and interiors provide all the comforts of home.
I enjoy welcoming guests and helping them discover the area, whether they’re visiting for a relaxing break, a family getaway, remote working, or to explore everything Brighton has to offer. I’ve worked hard to create a cottage that combines its original character and charm with the comfort and convenience that guests expect today. My aim is simple: to provide a comfortable, welcoming stay where guests can relax, unwind and make the most of their stay.
Patcham feels like a traditional English village tucked away on the edge of Brighton. With its historic cottages and welcoming local pubs and restaurants, it offers a slower pace of life while still being just a short journey from the city centre and seafront. Perfect for accessing both the Sussex downs and Coastline.
