Welcome :) We are a team of 2 - myself as the Host and T as the Reservations Manager. We wanted to create a place that felt like home away from home for our guests. This meant creating a comfortable, clean, and relaxing space for anyone who wanted to stay at 3RS. _______ Together we have designed and crafted many aspects of the house which you may notice during your stay. The house is undergoing many projects as we are updating it nearly everyday. We also clean and reset all the rooms and communal areas ourselves with the occasional help from J, who assists with the housekeeping. We are a [very] small and dedicated team :) _____ We live at the property and are available at any time to help you out so please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions and we will do our best in ensuring you have a great experience here at 3RS. _____ **Also living at the property is our dog. He is a Jackahuahua which means he is smaller than a cat and weighs 4.5kg. He loves people, however, we understand not everyone is comfortable around animals, therefore we do keep him away from all guests. 3RS is located in Manselton, a quiet residential area that offers a welcoming mix of local charm and easy access to some of Swansea's best attractions: _____ For drivers, there is free on-street parking available. For non-drivers, there is a bus stop 50ft away from 3RS with frequent services (25/36) approximately every 15-20mins until 1800/6PM. _____ The out-bound buses head past Swansea Railway Station and into Swansea City Bus Station. From there you can explore the City Centre or take another bus to the Gower Peninsula.
