Not B&B but a family home, one set of steep stairs lead to a cosy bedroom to let on the first floor with WC/cloak-room available on landing. Continental style breakfast available between 7.00 & 8.30am. Please vacate by 9am (unfortunately we are not flexible with this as we both work from home 9-5pm ) The bath & walk in shower is situated on the ground floor off kitchen. Please see plan of house layout as this may not be suitable for all over 70's or someone with mobility issues or disability. Beautiful semi-detached house on the outskirts of a lovely village. Built in 1822. Originally 3 old miners cottages next door to a heritage site. It is a typical old Cornish home, with some low doorways, so please mind your heads. It is a quirky, warm, lovely, cosy family home. With a beautiful garden to enjoy in the summer months.The perfect place. From a recent satisfied guest "It's like Ali Baba's cave without the 40 thieves; it's warm and tastefully decorated. Each room has its own unique atmosphere. There's a dog, some cats, and the best part is the owners, sorry, our hosts. They are kind and very interesting. Oh, I almost forgot, breakfast is the meeting place for all flavors..."

We live on sight . Andrew enjoys gig rowing at the weekends & singing. Joy enjoys swimming plus they both enjoy their gorgeous garden.

Lovely small village great atmosphere. Proper country feel from local farmers in their tractors, numerous horses & ponies passing the front door from the local equestrian centre at the end of the village to Steam Engines chugging up and down and the local Stock Car events at United Downs. Plus only 15 mins to the nearest beaches at Porthtowan and Portreath.
