An additional bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Downstairs there is a WC, an open plan kitchen/dining room, with sofas and a large dining table. There is a second sitting room which has a 75 inch TV and an Xbox. Outside there is a large south-facing patio area with a dining table. Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite, Bedroom 2 - Double bed and a full-size single bunk bed; Bedrooms 3 & 4 are twin rooms.
