The bedrooms consist of a double, three zip/link twins, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a rear decked area with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for 4 cars. Note: There are 4 EV charging points available on site next to the restaurant, the charging of EV cars is not permitted directly from the property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The property offers a cot, highchair and stairgate. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Redwood makes a wonderful escape to rural Cornwall. Winnard's Perch is a rural community in Cornwall, located just outside of Saint Columb Major. The Lookout Restaurant & Lounge, which serves refreshing pints and home-cooked meals, is located in the tranquil village, as is a local convenience shop. Historical landmarks such as the ruins of Castle a Dinas and the St Breock Downs Monolith may be found on the outskirts of the village.
