The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, four slice toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for six, a lower-ground-floor living/dining room with electric fire, TV and dining area for six and a shared external utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated, pound coins required). The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size, a ground-floor twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a private patio with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The delights of Cornwall await with a stay at Riverside. Note: Beyond the walled patios at West Dry, Carbis Wharf there is a stream running next to the properties, so please take care.
