Welcome to our home! Many a day and night has been spent on thinking of how we can make your stay as pleasurable as possible! We hope your expectations are met! Lionel and I are the parents of 5 children and proud grandparents to 11 at the last count. About 6 years ago we decided to take the leap of freedom! We packed up, sold everything and started life on a yacht. Spending Winter in the Caribbean, and Summers in the US and Canada. After 35000nm at sea we decided to sell our beloved Ruby Tuesday and start being land lubbers again. That’s her picture in the living room. And now we are spending winter 2023/24 in New Zealand. We love Bournemouth and the surrounding area. The flat will be used as our base when our legs have seen enough of the world. My property manager and I will be available 24/7 either by phone, email or in person. We believe in the personal touch so all queries and problems will be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

We are five minutes walk from all the main attractions in Bournemouth. The beach is at the end of the road. The BIC and Pavilion Theatre are a five minute walk from the door. There is a well stocked corner shop 100 yards away and metro style supermarkets 15 minutes walk along with most national brand shops. Most major supermarkets will deliver. Please ask for address etc. for delivery. The Hop Inn is across the road. The Marriott Hotel along with their many restaurants is next door. Rockmount Court is surrounded by take aways and fun restaurants. Bournemouth Pier and all its attractions is a short walk, there’s even a lift during the high season. The land train which travels the length of the beach is easily accessible. There is even a bike hire shop around the corner. Rockmount Court is in the heart of everything, the ideal place to spend your break in Bournemouth.
