Beautiful Cosy 18th Century Cottage located centrally in Rowlands Castle Village. Recently renovated with large garden looking onto the 18 hole Championship golf course of Rowlands Castle. All Beds can be changed to doubles or singles in both rooms to accommodate guests wishes and there is new small double sofa bed situated in the Snug. Alfresco Dinning in the Breeze House, with heating for Winter nights! Sitting room has Inglenook fireplace with woodburner. Kitchen with oven/hobb, small fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher. Off road parking for 3 cars plus garage. Close to Goodwood Motor Circuit and Horse Racing. Mainline train station 7 min walk. 3 Pubs Coffee Shop and local store all in the village 5mins walk. Queen Eilzabeth Country Park for walking and bikes, with South Downs Way close by. Gunwharf Quays for great shopping and restaurants and bars.
We love hosting guest in our lovely cottage and want them to have a fantastic experience, wanting them to leave with great memories. We are available if guests need us.
3 Pubs and Coffee Shop in Village. Goodwood House, horse racing and car racing nearby. Beautiful Emsworth with The Bluebell and The Deck for good food. Gunwarf Quays Shopping Centre (Outlet), Spinnaker Tower. Near Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Stansted House. South Downs Way. Mainline train station 7 mins away. Portsmouth Historical Dockyard. Historical Town of Chichester. Mainline train station (walk distance) to Portsmouth Harbour and London. Great area for Cycling and Walking.
