i have added this property mainly to service work men or families visiting the area it is basic but clean and comfortable Your family /group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Torrington Town center and Castle Hill.. 2 minutes drive to Rose more gardens.. parking out side for more than one vehicle idealy located just 20 mins from the coast at westward ho !or 40 minutes to exeter or dartmoor

Quiet residential 19 70 s private housing estate,, just a few minutes from Torrington Town center, and, backing on to Castle Hill and all the beautiful walks around, Torrington which was voted Britain's most healthy town... ideal location to join the start of the tarka trail bike ride or walk Car is best for this area of Devon..Torrington is a small market town with lots of history, from the round head and cavalier battels that went on around 1600 the old castle walls are still standing now, and your 7 miles from the coast..
